Privacy Policy

Last updated September 4, 2026

Byard's Online Marketing, LLC (“Byard's Online Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit byardsonlinemarketing.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. The Site has one contact form. When you use it, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter so that we can reply to you. You are not required to provide any personal information to browse the Site.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We may also use Google Analytics, described below, to understand how visitors use the Site.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To understand how the Site is used so we can make it more useful.
  • To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to collect aggregated information about how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are visited and for how long. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. The information generated is transmitted to and stored by Google, and Google may use it in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by disabling cookies in your browser.

Cookies

The Site does not set cookies of its own for tracking or advertising. Cookies may be set by Google Analytics as described above, or by our hosting provider for security and performance. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers also let you refuse cookies altogether. Doing so may affect how some websites work, but every part of this Site will still function.

How we share information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We rely on third-party providers to host the Site, deliver email, and provide analytics. They receive only the information needed to perform those services and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred to the new owner, subject to this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics provider. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices” below).

How we protect information

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (see below). We will respond within a reasonable time.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on linked above or by blocking cookies.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We will honor those rights as required.

Because there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

Third-party links

The Site links to other websites, including client websites in our portfolio. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise any of the choices above, please reach us through the contact form on our Get Started page.
