About the business

Lion's Pride Kennels is Jan Bobseine's Chesapeake Bay Retriever kennel in Western New York. Jan has spent more than 40 years with the breed; litters are whelped at home, raised on grass rather than wire or concrete, and go home AKC registered with their first vaccinations and careful early socialization.

The website project

This site has one goal: get families onto the waitlist for the next litter. Rather than a traditional multi-page site, we built a focused landing page that walks a visitor from the current litter announcement through why families choose Lion's Pride, what every puppy comes home with, the gallery, testimonials, and a waitlist form.

It is a custom Next.js build served through Cloudflare, so it loads fast on a phone, and the keyword-driven domain and page structure target the exact searches families use when looking for a Chesapeake puppy. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta tracking measure waitlist signups.
